Last updated: June 10, 2026
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services provided by Trust Share Logistics. By accessing our website or using our logistics and courier services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services
Trust Share Logistics provides domestic and international courier, freight forwarding, cargo transportation, packaging, warehousing, and related logistics services. All services are subject to availability and our operational capacity at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to refuse any shipment at our sole discretion, including shipments that contain prohibited items, present safety risks, or do not comply with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to ship:
- Illegal substances, contraband, or items prohibited under any applicable law.
- Hazardous, flammable, or explosive materials without prior declaration and approval.
- Live animals without appropriate documentation and specialised handling arrangements.
- Currency, negotiable instruments, or precious metals unless declared and insured.
- Any item that infringes intellectual property rights or that is subject to trade sanctions.
You are solely responsible for ensuring the lawfulness of the contents you ship. Any costs, fines, or penalties arising from non-compliance will be your responsibility.
3. Payment Terms
All charges are payable in full prior to shipment dispatch unless a credit account has been established. Quoted rates are estimates and may be adjusted based on actual weight, dimensions, and destination as determined at our facilities.
Late payments may incur interest at the applicable statutory rate. We reserve the right to withhold or return shipments where payment obligations remain outstanding.
4. Liability
Trust Share Logistics will exercise reasonable care in handling your shipments. Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the shipment, subject to a maximum cap per consignment as set out in our rate schedule, unless additional insurance has been purchased.
We are not liable for:
- Loss or damage caused by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
- Consequential, indirect, or economic losses arising from delay or non-delivery.
- Damage resulting from inadequate packaging by the sender.
- Customs seizure or rejection due to non-compliance with destination country regulations.
5. Transit Times
Estimated transit times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delivery timelines may be affected by customs clearance, weather, carrier capacity, and other factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant delays.
6. Claims and Dispute Resolution
Claims for loss, damage, or short delivery must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the scheduled delivery date. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted. We will investigate all valid claims within 28 working days of receipt.
Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitration body in our jurisdiction.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Where international shipments are concerned, relevant international conventions (such as the Montreal Convention for air freight or the Hague-Visby Rules for ocean freight) may also apply.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
